Third Sunday of Lent. John’s gospel places the cleansing of the temple at the beginning of the story. While it may or may not be chronologically ordered, it serves the evangelist’s purpose to have Jesus sowing the seeds for change early in his ministry. Pastor Frank Reeder preaching.
